Being able to hook an old school nes controller up to my lap top to play nintendo and this is the product that lets me do it. No better way to play your roms than with the original controller. Plugs right in, works perfectly. Not an issue at all. Make sure to get yours from Four Triangles, they're the best to deal with.

I knew I wanted to play with original controllers, and with this hooked up an a barebones PC running emulator software I'm able to do so. Buy this, then head to ebay if you don't still have your old controllers lying around. Then do a google search for "NES emulator" and see what's out there. Happy 8-bit gaming!

I tested it with "Nestopia" and it works fine. All you have to do is wait a few 10sec for the usb port to found it. Then open nestopia and go to options then input. And then you got to map the buttons. After that it should work everytime.
i think this is the best product for NES emulation. you get to use the original controller and also connect the zapper to it if you like Duck Hunt.
