this controller works good for when i play madden on my laptop using windows vista. my hands do sweat after a while and thats when the handy fan feature comes in. the fan works good, but the noise can be annoying. also, it doesn't look very durable. looks cheap, and might break if you drop it on a hard floor. overall its good, and i'm happy with it, and i would reccomend it if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

First, let me just say this controller is an excellent choice for anyone who wants gamepad. The airflow system is kind of neat, it does help keep my hands cool, but that's not why I bought it, I bought it because it got good reviews as a controller. The mapping software it comes with is fantastic. Super easy to use and does the job. A photo of you're controller pop's up and you click on the button you want to edit, then click on a corresponding key on you're keyboard or mouse. But even that is not necessary to use it; you can pretty much just plug it in and go. I have been using this gamepad for about 2 months now. It works very well for me, the only criticisms I can think of is the contoller does NOT feel cheap, but it doesn't feel as sturdy as my PS3 controllers. Also' a couple times when I fired up my game the analog stick wasn't calibrated correctly. But unplugging the gamepad, closing the game, plugging the game pad back in, then turning the game back on easily fixed that. I don't know if it is my game or the controller, (probably the game) but you must have the gamepad plugged in and ready to go before you turn the game on, or the game doesn't recognized that it is present. I am considering buying another one so my friends can game with me when they visit. :)

This controller is not fully compatible with vista 64 bit. Also the buttons are numbered different from the logitech controller that I have so I have to change them in the game if I want to use the controller (ie when I push the jump button on this controller it makes the game attack instead).

I have been using this gamepad for months and the fan still works as good as it ever did. I love the feel of the grips and the button responsiveness. If I had to improve something, I would make the D-pad a little softer to the touch and easier on the thumbs. I've heard of them sticking a little, but I've never had a problem with it. The analogs are fantastic and my Robotron 2084/SmashTV scores have never been higher.
It really does dry the sweat from your hands and cool the figners.

This is a good game controler - very comfortable to use. Not the best layout for buttons, but not bad, either. I recommend it for its comfort and low price.
