I bought a used MS Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 Joystick through Amazon Marketplace. It arrived poorly packaged, the hat switch didn't work(from improper packaging), and the item was worn to the point where it didn't function correctly.
I have been waiting five months since returning and have not gotten my money back, and have not heard from the company responsible.
Aperently we are on our own when using Amazon Marketplace.

I bought this Microsoft Force Feedback joystick when it first appeared in stores and have loved it ever since.
It's absolutely the best I've used. I wanted another for a back up and the one I bought through Amazon.com works perfect just like new. And the item was shipped and received very fast. Thank you.

I have had this joystick for a number of years and it has performed well. From time to time I have had issues with installing this on other operating systems but because it is so old the chance for it being recognized is fairly high.

Just install the software and then plug it in. Most games recognize it right away.
Force Feedback (+)
This is a very strong force feedback joystick. It can feel like arm wrestling when you are flying a plane and are pulling off high G maneuvers

This is extreamly easy to use, easy to install as the drivers are Windows native, no caliberation ever needed, and works in every joystick supported program there is. It is a shame Microsoft stopped producing these. There is nothing out there at any price that is as good as this. I replaced my original Sidewinder Force Feedback with a Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 many years ago and have never had a single issue with it.

Bought this joystick with no CD. Aquired CD from another source & will not load in vista. Joystick by itself does work when plugged in to USB port. Without the CD you cannot profile the Joystick. Dissapointed but will deal with it. Still the best joystick in town.
